Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Emailken Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
